Please, tell that to half of my neighborhood......Go ahead and waste your time mowing, edging and all the other bs that goes along with it. I would rather spend time with my family.....Can't do that busting my hump for 3-4 hours on a Saturday......
Real men don't complain about going to the southside for a beer.......
Fan, gotta tell you.......There was not a better feeling than to pull into my driveway Friday after work and see my lawn cut, edged and looking downright awesome.
Manhood is not the question, the question is did you enjoy your weekend working your a** to the bone? If you did, then more power to you and I will be over with some beers on the first Saturday over 90 degrees.
Oh, by the way, got in 36 this weekend while you were working your a55 off.......and my handicap is still horrible....
Kudos to you IMJ...Attorneys need to at least look like they can do some sort of manual labor. (Just kidding Fan...but I betcha Fish has a service!)
I feel the same way about house cleaning...I do what is necessary to make it look presentable, but would prefer a cleaning lady to do the down and dirty scrubbing and dusting so that I would be able to enjoy some free time with my kids...Seems like I'm constantly rushing around to get everything done and would like to be able to take a breather every now and then.

The best money we ever spent was that spent for someone else to do the work. We've had someone else do the lawn for about 15 years now. I've had someone paint the inside of the house after years of painting and wallpapering for myself and others. And what can I say about having a cleaning lady? If I had known, I would have had someone doing it for me when I was younger. The $70 every two weeks that we spend is well worth it. I think it's even more valuable when you're raising kids. You'd be amazed at what a stress reliever it is.
