My young adult son wants to buy a condo or townhome in GE or Wheaton, and is looking for a buyer's agent who will comfortably work with him, a low budget first time buyer. Any recommendations?

Christine Michelson of Remax Surburban also does a lot of work with first time buyers in Wheaton/Glen Ellyn. I believe she can represent either buyer or seller, as you request. She worked with me about 6 years ago, and I knew nothing...she was very diligent about explaining the whole process.
