Need some recommendations on gutter/fascia replacement contractors. My house couldn't be simpler - 80 linear feet of gutter, straight as an arrow, with two downspouts. The fascia behind the gutter and on the gable ends needs replacement or painting/cladding. Probably about 50% will need to be replaced.

(630) 932-3555 they did a great job on my house last year (replaced all gutters, facia, cladding.) very resonable estimate too. it's hard to find someone who is willing to do the aluminum cladding, but i now have almost no paintable trim on the house and it looks great. good luck. |

all my trim was already white and very simple, so covering it with aluminum was easy, and it looks like paint (as opposed to vinal.) when phoenix was done the difference was HUGE. they were fast and reasonable and i'd use them again. get r done before the snow flies...yuk!

If you are still looking I offer the following. For aluminum gutters, soffit and fascia I would recommend Brian at Seamless gutters 630-495-9800 but Jombls point is a good one especially if you are considering siding as well. Fiber cement is also a good way to go for a durable, nearly maintenance free, cedar look. If you are looking at wood, fiber cement or other product then I would recommend Daniel from Woodenhouse Construction 630-212-5008 |
