So I'm assuming - hoping, actually - that I'm not the only gardener around here whose plants are starting to show pretty bad yellow leaf displays, a result, I can only assume, of all the frickin' rain we've had? Is there anything we can do, other than pray that the frickin' rain finally frickin' stops?
You are correct in attributing this problem to the rain. The best approach would be to put a hair drier on a long extension cord and crawl around your gardens on your hands and knees, using the hair drier to dry out the soil around the most affected plants. You shouldn't need to do this much more than once or twice a day!

I remember this happening about 10 or 12 years too, after a boatload of rain. Once things dried out (or at least got somewhat normal), I remember that everything greened up again.
