As a somewhat entertaining side note, I picked up McCain and Obama action figures last night after attending a book signing at Anderson's Bookshop in Naperville. At $13.99 each they will be great for deciding who is really going to win this thing. I figure my coworkers and I can re-create the debates in minature to pull out the finer nuances to help us all make our final choices.
Either that or we will just stand them up on the edge of the desk and shoot rubber bands at them until one falls over, proving which candidate really has the stuff to go the distance.
Although I expect us to get little "real" work done today, I am sure management will appreciate my efforts to create an informed electorate.
Now... anyone know where I can get a Palin and a Biden figure? And how should I handle the Green Party candidate? I thought about just making a paper doll out of old timecards and white-out, but I am not sure that is environmentally responsible enough.
