Voter Registration Deadline for April 7 Election

Tuesday, March 10 is the last day to register to vote or transfer registration for the April 7, 2009 Consolidated Election. Village offices up for election include Village President, Village Clerk, three Village Trustee positions and three Library Board positions. School Districts 41, 87, 89 and 502 (COD) will also be electing board members.

To be eligible to register to vote a person must be a United States citizen, be at least 18 years old on or before the next election, and reside in their election precinct at least 30 days prior to the next election.

The Village offers voter registration on the second floor of the Civic Center during regular business hours. Please call the Civic Center at 630-469-5000 for more information, or access the DuPage County Election Commission website at www.dupageelections.com.

Yes come out and vote and help maintain the illusion of Democracy we have here.

Three seats three candidates all from the same party . Woo Woo. Lets see the Daley machine and Cook county top that.

The election to seat the candidates was last November. Did you not attend? This is just the formality of electing them to office.

And from what I recall...anyone could run against them. Even you...and me.

You're kidding right let me see in what seventy five years how many non CBP members have won an election one right.

So why even have this secnd round since even you admit it's pretty much a fraud.

Like I said this makes the Daley machine look like the league of women voters.

Noted thank you for your input but I fully expect you to run next time around a little more involvement and a little less complaining would do us all some good and then we would all get along perhaps even have a drink at tap House gRill.
