I am really wondering how Tiny Pete will do against that Morgenthaler babe. I'm thinking he'll pull it out but it might be really close. This message has been edited. Last edited by: ByTheNumbers,
Wow - if the early returns hold, this could turn into a bloodbath of massive proportions with Republicans on the receiving end of the smack-down.....everywhere.
I realize that the polls are still open on the west coast for another hour or two, but after following this election very closely for the past few months, I have projected Barack Obama to win the United States Presidential election.
Now I can go about and comfortably watch reruns of Law & Order. Good night.

Considering he re-crafted his campaign to align himself with Obama, if it was even going to be close that clinched it
Channel 5 was speculating that Blago is looking into appointing HIMSELF to the Senate seat?!?!?!? For real??
MSNBC (I know, I know) is also talking about the, ummm, 'interesting' turn in Alaska where Stevens, even though he is going to prison, is winning his seat... thus opening up his spot for, TA DA, Sarah Palin.
Blago was on Channel 7 last night after the Obama speech. He would not say he will not take the Senate seat; but he did say he will not, "talk to himself about it".

Well if Blowdry doesn't talk to himself who could he possibly talk to. Ask Jill Morgenthaler about the benefit of being associated with Blago
@ taxpayer: This is the same sort of runaround he was giving last night, reported today in the Trib: "Gov. Rod Blagojevich said today he's "not interested" in appointing himself to replace Barack Obama in the U.S. Senate, but did not expressly rule out the option."
