Does anyone know if any of the candidates are making an appearance in the Chicagoland area within the next few days? I see them having their stop offs and stop overs and making speeches. Any idea if any of that will happen around here? Be neat to see these people in person!

You just missed John McCain. We donated to his campaign and this generated a lot of emails from them, mostly asking for more donations. But we did get invited to a reception for McCain in Villa Park. We couldn't make it that night and I was somewhat relieved, as the cost was $1,000 per person.

If I hear of any other appearances I will post them here. This assumes, of course, that you might even be interested in seeing McCain.

Romney is on his way to Illinois, I just don't know when and where exactly. I would guess it would be very soon.

Thank you, these were the replies I was looking for. I would like to see/meet McCain. The other gentlemen would be nice too. It would neat to get caught up on a rally, hearing speeches and shaking hands. I've seen politicians in higher office during our parades. I was shocked to see the man marching in our parades. I just figured someone would probably in our area or someones gym soon.
