About that driving on a suspended or revoked license the Vehicle Code says:
"Section 6-303 (c)(1)(d): Any person convicted of a second violation of this Section shall be guilty of a Class 4 felony..." So, I guess you would have to convict on the first, second, third, fourth, or fifth violation to charge with a felony. Shades of Matt Lane. Take one look at this guy and tell me he's not nuts. Yet, BaddAzz Joe wants to execute him. Prosecutors to seek death penalty for dad who burned sons A boozing DuPage County attorney known as a DUI head-hunter killing herself under the influence, failure to advise the media that a body had been found for over 48 hours [in a case that the press was reporting as a "missing person" - Villa Park] and many other boneheaded and high-handed episodes show me that Joe is a waste of our time. Oh yeah, and the false Nicaraco conviction. Good Lord. Joe Birkett is an embarrassment to DuPage County. |

I was helping with a lacrosse camp for a couple of weeks at WWSHS and Joe was a regular at the track. His work out clothes look like he's wearing a business suit...which I found amusing. Every day...the same thing....black running pants (in 90 degree heat), black running shoes and a dark polo. One day he power-walked around sans shirt (he isn't a runner...rather an amped-up mall-walker). I'll give him this...he's in pretty good shape...physically.
