Team A needs to run laps.

Americans love a winner and will not tolerate a loser. The very thought of losing is hateful.

The best weather ever to be outside this morning and this afternoon. Not.

Junior A handily beat New Lenox in the big house 10-4.

Junior B beat the New Lenox A/B split squad 7-6 in a bruising battle. Really bruising. Too bruising.

Lightning split again losing the first game and winning the nightcap.

Good job, kids.

Why don't you post a schedule so that junior IMJ can come and watch. He is surprisingly interested in lacrosse since seeing it on the CBS College HD channel....

Or did Big Clam end up in the clink due to "parental involvement?"

Our next game...surprisingly local, again...is at Seven Gables...in the back...not right off Naperville Road. Saturday at 4:30 against Wheaton. Or you can watch the NCAA tourney on ESPNU.

I only received some cynical, cryptic message to Sean about some slush fund and a $30 wire fee.....no letter.

Junior A team blitzed through Hinsdale and Nike Park today. Scores unknown.

Junior B...we got spanked by Wheaton 7-1. Score seems a lot closer than it was.

Lightning dropped two games to St. Charles.

I have nothing else to say.

Carbon copy 7-1 loss to Hinsdale. I blame the coach. I am certain he will be released after the season.

Clam, if my son is interested in learning more about Lacrosse - the rules, stick handling, etc., where could he go to learn?

Thanks Clam.

Um, I'm feeling rather stupid but what is the "back half of Seven Gables?" I know where the Seven Dwarves Restaurant is.... Big Grin

Actually, I just double-checked the calendar and this coming Saturday has a baseball game and teacher's wedding. When's the next game after Saturday?

Soccer fields are in the front, other fields to the west.

I am trying to arrange an exhibition game with Wheaton for next Tues or Thurs at Village Green. I will certainly keep your son in mind. Perhaps I could pick him up prior to the game and drop him off.

Thursday would work - he has a game Tuesday. Let me know later if this is still a possibility. I think he'd really like it.
