My Brother-in-law has one just south of St. Joe in New Buffalo. Nice house, about 2 blocks from Lake Michigan. Has private association beach. Very nice area. Not sure what they charge but I can put you in touch with him if you want.
It may not be big enough, but I know they also rent another bigger house nearby with beach access and a pool. I can find out where or how to get in thouch with those people too if you want.
