I can't help - don't even have cable, let alone Tivo.
Just wanted to thank you for putting your name forward to be considered for office.
Tho I knew little of the candidates, I found your CV interesting, and thought you might bring a valuable voice to bear.
Wondering what - if anything - you might have in mind now that you aren't slated to be a party candidate for trustee on the April 05 ballot?

Actually, the Village is close to 80% wired.

I looked into putting the meeting videos online a couple of years ago, but it was prohibitively expensive (a two- or three-hour meeting takes a lot more server space than, say, a three-minute music video).

Mike -- call GETV/17. 858-2030.

Hi Ted,

I heard from a large number of people with satellite cable that they could not watch any of the GETV broadcasts. I think it is a shame.

BTW: GETV did not tape the Town Meeting, hence my search. Thanks.

Uh...

Well, of course not. The satellites serve the nation from 22,300 miles up in the sky. There's no way they could rebroadcast the P.E.G. channels for all the municipalities in the good ol' USA.

Thus, one of the benefits of having local cable (in G.E, either Wide Open West or Comcast) is that you get the local Public Access, Educational (from COD) and Government channels.
