In the past, I've touted how reliable the SBC DSL service has been for me. This morning, however, it didn't seem to work. Calls to tech support weren't too clear, but it seems like there may be a wider spread issue (eg, "system maintenance in the entire midwest region"). Is anyone else able to gain access? I'm still trying to make sure it is a service provider issue and not a problem with my modem/router/wiring.
ya, called the automated tech line at 9:30 yesterday and it said it would be resolved by noon. Called at noon and it said it would be resolved by 4...looks like it was fixed by 3...
And the nice customer service email that we received explaining the situation and apologizing for the outage was nice. NOT. My gosh, they have our email addresses. It would take 15 minutes to write a quick note and send to all the customers.
