I do. It's fantastic, although I really use it most for international calls. I do take inbound calls on it as well as outbound. I use it a few times a week and constantly when out of the country. It's near free and works perfect. You can call any cell or landline and any Skype computer. You can also access your Skype account from any internet connection anywhere, I've used it to call from some very remote locations. Domestically I really only use it infrequently.
What are you thinking of doing with it?

Not sure. My laptop has a built in camera and microphone and somebody told me to try it. I downloaded but I'm not sure I will ever need to use it.
I am a dyslexic agnostic insomniac. I lay awake at night wondering if there is a dog.
You may find it useful to talk to your kids when you're on the road, the sound is perfect - I've never used the video phone mode though, but I think that might be the interesting part.
