Anyone currently using it, or know anything about it? We use their cable and internet service and received a flyer regarding their phone service in the mail. It seems to be a lot cheaper than the big name phone carriers...
Any input would be appreciated! My husband tried to call to get technical info, but it seems as if they don't man their phones with anyone who knows anything about it (red flag?). Thanks!

We've been using the combined bundle for several months now and love it. It's saving us a boatload of money, or more specifically, we're getting a whole lot more features for a little less money. No problems so far. We got the digital video recorder and love it.
