ok, i've decided i can't take comcast anymore...how about dish network? wowway? any suggestions for a bundle for cable/phone/internet? all ideas, comments welcome! thanks....

Howdy, I am doing the same with Directv... I hate them and their customer service......Once my contract with them is up in the next month, I will be going with WOW for cable and internet. I will then be switching to CallVantage with AT&T.

Even though I hate AT&T as much as ever, I am giving them one more shot with CallVantage. Being in the service industry, I can't stand bad customer service. Hopefully WOW is better than the rest...

hi there imj...it's the customer service. the best was a few weeks ago when the cable was acting up...and i end up trying to set up an appointment with a rep in...get this...guadalara. mexico. thanks for nothing. so the cable is fixed, and now the internet (which we've had for 5 months) is a mess on the laptops. and ANYTIME i call it turns into 15 minutes to reach a human. enough! i'm thinking of dish network. does anyone have any comments?

Dish is losing customers at a pretty alarming rate. If I were you, I'd look more into this; is it a channel selection, pricing, customer service, or image quality issue that is driving away their customers.

I stand on record saying that I have NEVER had a problem with DirecTV that they didn't promptly fix on my terms.

Fan, I stand here a broken man......I admit, I was a big fan, well, they can now kiss my $130 a month goodbye......I was told two different things from two different reps. So I asked to speak to the billing department. They then sent me to the spanish speaking billing department, those of you that have talked to me, I speak ENGLISH!!!!

So I was nice and stated No Habla Espanol, hoping they would break into english. No, they continued in spanish....I yelled english, english. Phone was transferred to, another spanish speaking guy, he then broke into english when I said english, I speak english. I was then apparently talking to Cheech. I was just mad then, I then became rude and disappointed in myself for getting mad.

Fan, you are perfectly right to bring up my prior praise of DTV, but they can go suck a big one for all I care. Good Luck Mama, you too will be burned by those *******s....
