Is anyone else having problems with Verizon Wireless? We have no signal between Main, Hill, Lorraine RD and Roosevelt RD.

I also had a problem on the North side of town today.

Anyway if you are having problems call: 800-922-0204. Verizon will try and tell you it's your phone and want you to run tests, ask for a tier 2 representative. The guy from Verizon said they have only had a couple of calls. He said the more calls they get, the more critical they consider the problem.

Dial *228 to program your phone. I have had Verizon for many years and whenever I have had any kind of problem, this has fixed it. Good luck!

Thanks! *228 usually does work. Verizon called me this morning, it was some sort of software problem at a tower. He said they had about 10 complaints.

I have always had very good luck with Verizon Customer Service. The only time they let me down was when they told me my world phone would work in Argentina and it didn't. Even then they gave me a really nice credit for my trouble.

I have also been very pleased with Verizon. At one point I wanted to upgrade just a few months after getting a new phone. I stopped by a couple of stores and was told that I couldn't upgrade. I went online and found a number for corporate clients (I'm self employed) and called them with my delima. They let me upgrade with no penalty and sold me a $600 phone for $100. Can't beat that!
