I got this as a gift but missed the deadline to return it; it's never used and also comes with a work platform. Details can be found here: http://www.littlegiantladder.com/little-giant/type-1a.html. If you've seen the commercials you know it folds into every configuration imaginable, and actually comes apart to make a scaffold base. New cost is about $320, I'll sell it for $225. If interested, please contact cdfree at yahoo.com.
cdf, I want to place that ladder on hold for about two hours...can I do that? In other words, "I get dibs!" I have to ask my husband but we've been talking about getting one. I'll get back to you tonight.

I wouldn't bother Amy. The Gorilla ladder is basically the same thing and only costs $99. I've had mine (gorilla ladder) for a couple years now and love it.
Sorry I didn't get back last night...hubby says no. He found a similar ladder at Costco for cheaper so, I'm gonna have to pass. Thanks though. Hope someone else buys it from you.

No problem, I actually sold it on Craig's List. I have seen the Gorilla, it's okay. Side by side, though, it's clear that it's a cheap knock-off that lacks the inherent quality and attention to detail that one might find in a quality product. Kind of like a U of I graduate. What a perfect fit!

wow
welcome to the board! I'm guessing you found some time to post in between your classes for your GED. Keep up the good work and COD may accept you next fall.
The Gorilla is not a cheap knock off. It is one of the 'heftier' ladders I have ever seen. I'm guessing the reason you are looking to dump yours is due to the fact you realized you received a gift that is even too crappy to re-gift...
C'mon, DTM...there is no way that this eloquent newcomer could possibly be Derek. First, Derek is spending too much money at the Bamboo Room to afford an upscale ladder. Second, his post made too much sense, was written in proper English and was funny. Third, there is no link to The Rob and Derek Xperience.
Vent your anger at CDF...not me. I'm an innocent bystander. And why didn't you attack that GE Platform Tennis Fan guy? He likened you to a Japanese girl getting slapped.
I believe that platform Fan dudes proper name is GE.[fill in the blank] Fan. Thats today, tomorrow he may be [fill in the space] or [insert name here] Fan.
How about, Illinois MASH Unit Fan........Weber is going to break his other foot.....Fan, you should have seen Kelvin lose in HD last night......It was even better than in regular old digital.....
when IMJ was just a skinny 10 year old, I went to IU basketball camp in Angola Indiana. Celebrity coaches were, Kent Benson, and yes Jud Heathcote......That guy was a first rate pud......What a jerk.
