Anybody local have a Condo or house available for March 25-April 1 in a warm climate? I need to take my kids somewhere this year.

Try going to www.vrbo.com (vacation rentals by owner). I have used this site to rent a place in Saugatuck, before we built our own place there. It covers the U.S. and many European countries. Prices are great since the folks listing their homes aren't paying a fee to a rental service or realtor.
