Is this right across from the Buffalo farm ? I thought all the lakeside lots had already been developed. I may be mistaken.

Is there any access to the lake via stairs or is the bluff to much of a drop.

This lot has an easement for a path to stairs that lead to the beach/water. I don't know if it is where you are thinking since I have never been there myself but many of the lots are developed now - but not this one!
