My daughter is now looking at some bankruptcies and preforeclosures. Her agent does not work on these. She has tried to contact the law firms listed on the website with no results. Does anyone have any experience with these?
just a question ron: (see my post on turf, district 87 thread) what are the property tax implications of the current pre/forclosed/bank owned situation locally? do bank owned properties pay property taxes? i'm guessing pre/forclosed are off the rolls until a sale occurs. any info you can share on this?
