I'm sure I have had that pairing! I love that wonderful sweet, German wine. It's SO smooth. Why do you think Reisling's have become so popular? Don't get me wrong, I like a good red now and then but I won't conform to any rules when it comes to what I should drink with what food. I'm stubborn that way.
