Sorry Clam,
I don't abide by that rule...nor the "no white after labor day". Why do we humans inject so many unnecessary rules on ourselves????

An unusal pairing to contribute:

And is anyone else blown away that David Cassidy has been able to maintain that girlishly small waist into his 50's?

It actually says "unlikely pairings"...I'd like to know the last time you ordered a nice, chilled glass of Gewurztraminer with your steak. I'll bet you haven't.

That's an unlikely pairing.

White after Labor Day went away ages ago.

I'm sure JB has already done this for you, but just use a service like photbucket and upload the picture there. I think you know the rest.

I'm sure I have had that pairing! I love that wonderful sweet, German wine. It's SO smooth. Why do you think Reisling's have become so popular? Don't get me wrong, I like a good red now and then but I won't conform to any rules when it comes to what I should drink with what food. I'm stubborn that way. Smile
