My guess would be that Premier would be responsible for the background checks - Comcast should be more careful about who they contract from! I just had 2 Comcast guys in my home over the past 3 weeks!!!

While I was on a west coast trip recently, mi espousa had a Comcast tech come on-site to the manse. She said she could hardly understand him as he had a thick Russian [?] accent. He fixed the cable problem but for some reason, he turned off the gas to the hot water heater. No idea why he did this. My son figured out what was wrong and got the hot water back on. Comcast is better than the old "AT&T Broadband" clowns, IMO. Much better. This message has been edited. Last edited by: ByTheNumbers, |

Has anyone ever had a perfect visit by comcast where they do it on the first try and get it right. I am sure they get paid by the job and flub it up the first time on purpose so they can make a return visit. VIVA LA SATELLITE |
