No, you're right. I inquired about a car loan the other day, and the rate they quoted me at Citi was 9.9%. Just. Ain't. Happening. There.

Didn't ten year notes hit five percent lately. So 9.9 doesn't sound all that terrible. Welcome to the new normal

Missed two. Didn't know the Dow jones average. Far too optimistic regarding number of troops killed. Interesting to see that women scored lower than men. Perhaps they are too busy watching The Real Housewives show?
