Worst job in Glen Ellyn....Walgreen's. Corner of Lambert and Roosevelt. Spent 20-30 minutes sitting in the chair waiting for a couple of Nasonex prescriptions. What an interesting array of characters that come up to that counter from 9:30-10:00pm. Hilarious.
As I was walking out, the cash register dude took a phone call and sheepishly called out to a woman working on the candy aisle and said, "Miss Soandso, you have a phone call." The shame of the hourly employee wearing a name tag and a little vest and having to call his boss by her surname was more than I could take.
