Why am I not surprised that the ability to quickly undress is the only thing this boy scout learned????

Seriously though, good for him for helping. But what exactly did he learn 20 years ago besides getting naked at the drop of a hat?

Nice, belittle a guy for saving two people. Obviously you were never a Boy scout or a lifeguard. Training taught him to select a rescue technique and knowing the order of rescue techniques, which is 1)reach, 2)throw, 3)row, and 4)go. Knowing this saved his life too. If you don't believe that, you could ask the two brothers who jumped in the same river last year to save a distressed victim if they hadn't drowned in the effort.

You'd be wrong there. WSI. I certified lifeguards. OK, I was too harsh, I'll admit it.

Now that I've pissed off all the boy scouts I think I'll take your advice. BTW, are your kids into scouting? I really want to know.

Based upon moral objections, no doubt.

Correct. The BSA objected to my family's morals. They would not have us.
