So what are you doing?

What are you thankful for?

For me, it's Dad's in Naperville.

I'm thankful for a return to good health, a great wife, all our critters and the gifts that God has bestowed upon us. Oh, and Cosmos. Big Grin

Happy Thanksgiving everyone!

I'm thankful for living in a village where the folks running the village make me feel really, really smart. I'm also thankful to have a wife who covets a $24,000 car instead of a $50,000+ one. A rarity in GE. Oh, yeah...my kids. They are pretty cool. And I'm thankful for having had such a smart and fun dog for 13 1/2 years. If the dog were still alve, she'd be a good choice to replace one of our village leaders. I'd say village president, but that is too rude. And it is Thanksgiving after all. That was one smart dog.

Happy Thanksgiving from Las Vegas!

Doesn't it just figure that the Artens go to Vegas and the temp is 40 degrees?

This year we're thankful that everyone is healthy, we lived long enough to retire and that our luggage finally showed up.

Have a GREAT day!!!

Word is that Clam ate just a tad too much at Ruydah's house today. One of Jerry Moore's crack staff snapped this photo as he drove home after the feast.

Just how does one Google a fat guy in a Mini? Probably just answered my own question.

We fled Ruydah's house after a power line came down at Taylor and Highview and darkened the house. Well after dinner. So. . .that could have been me.

Nothing says Day after Thanksgiving like pumpkin pie for breakfast - excellent fuel to go and rake those leaves! Wink

Looks like we may go to the tree lighting this Mrs. Yoss isn't crazy about the chill in the air. Not sure about after, we are now part of a group and I'm not sure if they'll want to go to THG. Actually, I'm feeling like Muldoon's.
