The Morton Arboretum is a special place at any time of year...and they do the Holidays up pretty right-like, too.

For those of you with kids from 1 up, the train display is really great and keeps them entranced for quite some time. Its free, happy and fun... runs through New Years, iirc. You may want to check it out!
