No, protecting the uneducated from themselves is the big brother solution to a different problem. This is fraud. They both cost us money, but the problems are otherwise not related.


What part of "no" don't you understand?

But aren't new condo developments inherently more risky than other developments? Shouldn't the bar be set higher?
