They changed their format anyway, about a year ago; it's not like the Rosebud in the city. More of a family/pizza place now. So - sorry for the owner, but no great loss to me.

I asked my friend who is a fixture in downtown Napertuckey (meaning a nightly boozer) and he echoed what scribbler said, "Their new menu set the place on fire." Talk about harsh!

I haven't been in a Rosebud in forever. Other than a party I attended at Rosebud Prime . . . which is quite nice . . . never understood the attraction for the price. Upscale Stouffers cuisine on large plates.

I am sure they will rebuild. And go back to the old menu. Naperville is too big a market to ignore.

I said I felt badly for the owners! But as a restaurant, can't say that it will be missed.
