Spring into summer with the Glen Ellyn Garden Walk
Saturday, June 7th

The Bridge Communities Garden Walk Committee will host the 6th Annual Glen Ellyn Garden Walk on Saturday, June 7th, between 10:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. Six beautiful, private gardens located in the village of Glen Ellyn will be open for your enjoyment for one day only.

Master Gardeners from University of Illinois Extension -- DuPage will be available at the gardens to speak on gardening topics and to answer gardening questions.

New this year – Glen Ellyn restaurants partner with the Garden Walk as they donate 10% of their lunch proceeds to Bridge Communities. Village Links Grill, Danby’s Station, Tap House Grill, European Deli and Market and Shannon’s Irish Pub have all committed to donating 10-15% of their June 7th lunch proceeds. Walkers are encouraged to stay in Glen Ellyn and enjoy lunch at one of the participating restaurants.

Tickets are $20 through June 4th and $25 beginning June 5th. Tickets can be purchased at www.bridgecommunities.org, and during May and June at McChesney & Miller grocery store and The Bookstore in Glen Ellyn.

All proceeds benefit Bridge Communities transitional housing program which connects homeless families in DuPage County to a better future.

Harris, Community Bank of Wheaton/Glen Ellyn, Landscape Creations and Bruss Landscaping are the corporate sponsors for the Glen Ellyn Garden Walk.
