Still experiencing ANOTHER extended power outage on Spring Avenue with no updates available from Com Ed on when this one will end!!! We have had so many power outages on this street over the last several years (and particualrly this summer) that we have lost count of the number of times!
Take a look at Com Ed's current map of outages ... They're reporting 3,000 - 10,000 outages in the Glenbard area - the ONLY area in all of Chicagoland and surrounding suburbs that still has a high number of outages.
This is CRAZY!!! THE VILLAGE REALLY NEEDS TO STEP UP HERE AND GET INVOLVED!!! We need pressure on Com Ed to upgrade the infrastructure in this area NOW!!!

I think there are a lot of folks who would agree with you. On the other hand have you checked out the pictures on the other thread. There were a lot of large trees that came down in the early am. We have had 3 or 4 bad storms in the last 3 weeks.
