I would love it if they left them in the trees and had them on all the time. If it's a cost issue (probably is)...maybe just turn them on on weekends and maybe Wednesday nights?

I hadn't realized they were put up already! I can't WAIT to see them!!!!

I didn't see anything (that I recall, anyway) on the Chamber's website, does anyone know if they're doing the "hayride" again this year?

Yep, I have to agree. MUCH better than last year! We drove through town tonight and it was absolutely lovely. Just like a Frank Capra movie.

I grew up on the south side (not of Roosevelt Rd) and we always took a special trip out to this house in Crete to stare at the lights. Crete House

Bring strands of incandescent or LED holiday lights in any condition to the Wheaton Public Works Storage Yard at 820 W. Liberty Drive (across the street from the main Public Works building)between 8 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. weekdays thru Feb.18th...
