Alls I know is it was pretty ugly at 9:30 am. I'm sure that low lying house was flooded. Road closed at 5:30 tonight.

It was reported around 7:00AM and the water flow finally stopped around 3:00PM. There had been a river going south thru the middle of the block. They're still digging. Lots of men and equipment. The hole in the street is deep enough now that they need a ladder to get to the bottom.
