September 27,2010 village board meeting.

Motion to approve a contract with McFarlane Douglass & Company of Burr
Ridge, IL for the installation, maintenance, and removal of holiday decorations and
lighting in our downtown area in a not-to-exceed amount of $24,000 (including a
10% contingency), to be expensed to the Special Programs Fund. (Public Works
Director Caracci)
