Glen Ellyn has had some, well, ”interesting“ village board meetings in the past few years. But it appears that we are rank amateurs.
As this video clearly demonstrates, we have much to learn from Santa Cruz, California. Note especially the reasoned plea and articulate suggestions for improving the downtown retail situation.
