Anyone know what the deal is with the large bump that runs halfway across crescent blvd (west bound lane) right by memorial park?

last week the street was being worked on, but since then the repair has left a significant bump in the road.

I'm used to my GE streets being rough and tumbly, but this is more jarring than usual.
Is there more work to be done?

There was a problem that seemed to be with a water main, or something similar, and that area had to be dug up about 2 weeks ago. I'm not sure what still needs to be done.

Hey, speed bumps aren't a bad idea. Perhaps Western could use a few. I'm not sure how the plow trucks would work around them though.

I'm still trying to figure out where Memorial Park is located.

What part of "no" don't you understand?

It's where they were repairing the water main break a while back.

I've suggested that a few times too! Why do people feel like they can do 50mph on Western?

Sorry... a bit off topic.

June 8. Road condition remains the same--"rough."

I swear -it seems anytime there is a fix in the road, it's baracaded and messed up for months. How can we have horses in the streets for 3-6 months thoughout the town?

How I wish, how I wish you were here. We're just two lost souls Swimming in a fish bowl, Year after year,
Running over the same old ground. What have we found? The same old fears. Wish you were here.
