Things really do cost more than I think they do.

Now, if they can just find someone to fix the problems in the CBD...Oh wait, they did that, at least they think they did....

$100,000 for the mystical knowledge needed to turn a dying entity around...and $120,000 to replace a retaining wall. TBS is starting to sound more and more like a bargain every day.

I read this a second time and being as bright as I am realized that the $120k is really just to FIX it, not to REPLACE it. That is alot of dough.

Anyone know whether Satci Hulseberg is related to Dave Hulseberg from Lombard? Both are directors of community development.

The repair isn't that much. . . .It's the administrative costs. Takes allot of dough to pay six people to watch one work.
