There's a pine tree cell tower just like that in Momument, Colorado on Hwy 25, west side, top of the hill. Look for it next time you're on the way to Colorado Springs from Denver or vice-versa.

I found it on a Google image search.[/QUOTE]
I opened your attachement in another window and cut and paste the address line in the image button on the menu bar. So far I'm very rusty at using these buttons and I haven't been able to bring in my own pictures from my drive. Roll Eyes Anyone know how to do that? I feel that I was able to use someone else's picture because it was added to the board. How can I post a picture of my own? I tried the short cut of cutting and pasteing, that didn't work. I think I'm missing a step here.

Easiest way: If you have a paid hosting site (or maybe one provided to you from your internet provider?) you would upload a JPEG file to it.

Then paste the full URL of that picture between image tags and paste into the message. Should look something like this...

(IMG)the full absolute URL here(/IMG)

You would use square brackets [ ] in place of the parentheses.

Here is an example...

in Windoze, right clicking the picture would bring up the full URL.

AHHHH, so it would not work directly from "C" Drive but from an http://www. blah blah blah link, like your site, AOL or even Geocities would be the ticket. I have a Geocities site, somewhere in the archives of my mind/er computer. Let's hope it's still active. Wow! Thanks.

--Flat Tire- good stuff. Can get at Whole Foods!

let me try a practice picture.

Now this is clever, a cell tower disguised as a palm tree. Looks so real it would even full my pooch. Candidiate, have we thought about this approach yet?

Would you like one of these in your back yard?
We could probably work something out. Might even make a few bucks.

So, per the Herald, its a 20-foot tree for $8,000.

And goodbye horse trough.

Story Here

quote:
In addition to buying the new artificial Christmas tree, village leaders have set aside $27,000 for holiday decorations and, possibly, fabricating the replica horse trough.

Officials also are highly considering decorating Five Corners during the holidays where they'll put up the old artificial tree.

"I think we're looking forward to a new look in the downtown area," Caracci said.

Huh?

"I'm open to some experimentation," she said. I used to date a girl that once made this very statement. Turned out she wasn't.

I love Hafsa Naz Mahmood and her writing style.

Just where does one get a replica of Glen Ellyn's horse trough? Why can't she elaborate on that?

This is kind of funny, too. "If officials acquire a replica, the original trough could be donated to the Glen Ellyn Historical Society. However, no talks are in the works. "
