Tribune story on Suburban Pension fund

The GEPD Pension fund is 10M underfunded according to the Tribune. We're at 62% which sadly looks good compared to other communities.

But here we are the CBP who has been running this town for how many years now. None of the candidates past, present, or future even mention how we're supposed to come up with 10M to cover the Pension shortfall.

But they all promise to work together. I guess they all think they're running for Kindergarten.

If nothing else, I hope this encourages people to make their tax-deductible donation to our volunteer fire department.
