So...we have more recycling than we do garbage and we run out of room in out blue container (OK...a few wine bottles every week add up). Will the village provide another recycling container if I ask? I imagine there would be a fee involved. Or can I just purchase my own-will more than 1 get picked up each week?

They will definitely pick up more than one recycling container. If I remember correctly, I purchased my second one at Village Hall and the cost was less than $15.

We simply use a normal garbage can for our extra recycling. Place it right next to our two blue recycling containers and they pick it up every time.

We've even put out the excess in cardboard boxes next to the recycling container. They're very good about picking it up, as long as the boxes/containers are clustered around the official recycling bin like sheep around a shepherd...
