"The sidewalks in the CBD are in severe need of a cleaning. The process will move along quickly and will not be stationary in front of any one address for an extended period of time. In the future, Public Works plans to have the sidewalks cleaned on a rotational basis, so that the sidewalks used most get cleaned most frequently
