Hello, my name is Donn and I'm with the DuPage Paranormal Society. Yes we do those "ghost hunting things" you see on tv but we also explore local legends and general bizzare phenomenon.

There's plenty legends and stories regarding "paranormal activity" in central Illinois and Chicago but not much in the burbs. Does anybody have any knowledge of lesser known locations in the western suburbs?

Feel free to post, email or submit them on our website www.dupageparanormal.com

Can you find GE Fan and JRPotts? They seem to have gone missing. I don't think a ghost took them, but it could have been a specter.

LOL! He's a fine driver. It's just all those darn dead people tend to distract him.

Do you remember what type of "activity" was claimed to happen?

Ghosts iirc. Noises, occasional shadows seen moving through the windows, etc.

My family thinks our house is haunted. Strange noises etc. I don't believe in that stuff. My wife and son witnessed a glass of water move all by itself as it sat on the counter. If it turns out my family is right, I want to start charging rent.

Pretty interesting about the glass. I have yet to see anything that would make me believe in "ghosts" or what not. More often than not we find raccoons, noisy neighbors or an over active imagination to be the culprit.

That is a combo of condensation and slope.

Yeah, I was shocked when that first happened to me! It was in the summer and I put a cold bottle of beer on the table next to me. Out of the corner of my eye I saw the bottle slowly rotate and move. I thought "NOW WAY!". I was excited! Untill I saw the pool of water from the condensation. It did give me a few minutes entertainment watching it slide and rotate.

Chances are the slope of the table and the condensation were the culprit. But before jumping to that conclusion you's first have to determine if there was sufficiant condensation. Slope is not really an issue because I've seen thing move on a condensation puddle on very "flat" surfaces.

Did this happen during warm weather?

I assumed the same thing about condensation and water. The surface is very flat. Don't know any of the other particulars.
