Kim Oldis has had a 36 year love affair with flowers and exotic plants. This Sunday evening, millions of people around the world will view her floral design handiwork as they watch the 81st Academy Awards in Hollywood, California.

This year, Oldis managed the huge inventory of floral products and helped decorate many areas of the Academy Awards, specifically the Interview Stage and the Rotunda Oscar. In her 4th year at the Academy Awards, Oldis is one of 13 floral designers responsible for placing 17,000 stemmed flowers in just the right place so the stars are bathed in natural red and yellow beauty.
