i would like to apologize to the posters on this board for my unsocial actions. i recently read some of my past posts and am embarrassed for some of the things i had written/implied to many of you. my feeble excuse is that during my "town tours" i had misinterpreted some light-hearted fun as something sinister, and have subsequently acted poorly. i was wrong.

this tight-knit electronic community is comprised of some very interesting, intelligent, passionate folks. i would very much like to be a part of it, but understand that i may have polluted that possibility with my past actions. i will do my best to rectify any animosity.

sincerely,

t.a.s.

I told you yesterday how much I hate you...so I don't feel a need to respond.

lol.

actually, jrp, your question yesterday prompted me to ask the wife about the timbre of my past posts (being a d41 employee, she often reads some of these threads). in her wisdom, she showed me the error of my ways. . . as she has done for lo' these 21 years.

ta, I know of what you speak my friend......My wife made the journey onto this site once........I was verbally abused for my comments and my good natured fun. Luckily, her boss was fired, she is super busy, and doesn't have time to check this site....

She did think clam and fish are funny though.....She found Potts funny too, but only because he can't pull into his garage....

My wife likes him too.

He's one of those non-threatening, male friends that women like. I mean that in the best way possible.

I have never been ridiculed by my wife as I have only posted on this board 78 times and each post was merely filled with on-topic facts, not opinions or gossip. Now if my wife were married to, say, Fish, Clamato, IMJ, Yoss or GE Fan, I would imagine that I would hear a lot from her. But thankfully, that isn't an issue.

While Clam has been called a "sissy" on another website, my "gaydar" has never gone off in his company. Not that it would matter anyways, I'm nothing if not accepting of alternative lifestyles. Except for "Carnies" and White Sox fans. Razz

JKPotts is right, my wife thinks I'm an idiot for posting here all the time and I can't dispute her assessment. I then point out all the great people we have met and excellent parties we have attended as a result. She still thinks I'm an idiot, but for other reasons.
