About 5:00 p.m. today I witnessed an older gentleman in his late 80's trip and fall on one of our uneven sidewalk seams in front of the dental office on Pennsylvania (across the street from Harris Bank). Apparently he tripped and went down flat on his head. As he tried to get up he fell again and laid on his back. A GE business owner (insurance guy on Main Street) pulled over to help him as this occurred right next to him. I was able to alert an approaching patrol cruiser of the incident. Hope this guy is o.k.!
