Wow! A Purvis in GE - OK, that sounds strange! That's very cool though. My husband likes his burger. I met Bernie Flowers too - when I was in charge of the Purdue Homecoming Parade my senior year. I asked him to be our Grand Marshall. Nicest guy EVER! His wife's the sweetest too.

If y'all ever get to Purdue, you have to try Triple XXX. (We call it tri-chi for fun.)


And to demonstrate what a sheltered life I lived as a youth (or yout), I didn't hear "Paradise by the Dashboard Lights" until I was in college and I'm pretty sure I blushed at the lyrics....ah, my parents had it so easy.
