I went to the First Friday event in downtown Glen Ellyn. We were there on the late side. Stopped in at Cabs for the free tasting, had free samples at the Dessert place( yes they were open), listened briefly to the music in front of M and M's. Things were kind of spread out and I was not sure who was participating. Tap House was packed so we ended up going to Ellyns for dinner.

you were downtown -why would you drive all the way to Ellyns?

Was wondering why they spread it out so much. Greg Hyde was singing in front of Prince's Table (I think that is the name of the store across from the police station) nobody was over there...he should have been on Main st. He was wonderful!

We live in South Ge so its on the way home. We also wanted tater tots and Ellyns has them too!

Ellyn's tater tots are awesome!

Maybe there's some sort of feedback option that you could provide to the First Fridays organizers, South....to help improve it a little or something?

Good point! -I like the one chicken wrap they have.
Haven't gone in a few months. Don't know why, they were always great for hockey but we stayed home to watch that. Husband maybe doesn't like it??? Maybe next fall/winter we'll go back.
