2 guys in some kind of small car were just surrounded by like 5 police cars (including one or two undercover vehicles) in the Walgreeens drive thru on Lambert. AGH! I was shoeless and 3rd car in line when i heard something similar to "come out with your hands up." Suddenly there were guns all over the place. After parking the car and padding inside I found that there were a couple cops inside too.

Am I the only one who was more interested in the fact that you were "shoeless" and apparently went "padding inside?"

What part of "no" don't you understand?

Actually, of their 7,500 plus stores, that store is amongst their 50 best performing stores. Corporate loves that store, Kevin Walgreens (great-grandson of the founder) is in and out of there all the time.

Hey there Fish. I attempted to wait out the coppers and swing thru the drivethru again...sadly they were having too much fun chatting up the amazing sting. My 7 year old needed his medication...so sadly they got me "no shoes" lucky for them I had a shirt on.

A friend of mine was wondering if driving naked was OK in Illinois?

Clam is right...not illegal..last I checked. I was driving barefoot - well...in socks..because i was mostly ready for bed when we realized we were out of my sons singular. Figured I would just be a second. I guess we should heed our parents warnings about what to wear when out in your car.

I have no clue. Suprise! It hasn't been reported anywhere yet. I was thinking someone trying to pass fake scripts, but that many cops for a lame script passer seems a little overboard.

Also, one of the guys looked a bit like Dog the Bounty hunter and was wearing a bp vest.
