Yigo, forgot to ask, but what is/was the alcohol content of the brew? The two had very distinct flavors. I enjoyed each very much, well done!

The Mad Hatter IPA is 6% ABV and the Highland Pale is 5%. Judging by the amount left over, the Highland was the preferred. I'm glad everyone enjoyed it.

Dins, I must have drank too much... I swear I didn't meet you last night. I was the shy guy in the corner.

Whoever made the brownies - those were awesome. Had one this morning and that was some good stuff.

I sent them over. Was there no card?

Thanks Yoss & Mrs. Yoss for hosting this year's GEBB party. Good meeting everyone we were able to chat with.

Now about that bird... it was "laughing" at the most inconvenient moments. I think it understands everything said.

Yoss and, Yossette?,
Thank you for hosting a great party.
Great mix of offerings from BBr's also
Smoked butt
Homemade brew
Tasty desserts
The conversation wasn't bad either.
See you soon.

I believe there were 2 plates of brownies. The ones without icing were the product of my lovely wife. And I openly admit that I bring nothing to our union to compare with her brownie-making skills.

Hey perplexed - sorry we didn't chat. There will be other opportunities.

I hope you all figured out the bourbon slush - DTM was right - just leave a big spoon and some cups. People just scoop it in and enjoy. Some eat it with a spoon, some just sip it. Hope it was good. Sorry I had to miss the party - I'm sure it was a great time!

I'm not entirely sure that the clauses on either side of the hyphen are entirely unrelated...

I'd pick it up if I still had the evite with your address...but I don't know exactly where you live, just the general direction. If you know where I live, you can drop it off on my front porch anytime.

And Dins, the party probably was better since I wasn't there. Razz

The benefit of your not being there was most certainly offset by the amount it was ruined by my absence.

Oh now, THAT is GOOD! Big Grin

BTW, I heard y'all were dissin' my gutters and the greenery sprouting from them. Don't think I haven't noticed but to be fair, those trees have gotten much taller since I was out of town. This weekend, my friends... Feel free to stop by when you see me dangling from our ladder - join in on the fun or take pictures, whichever you'd like!

We weren't dissing, we were observing. I also think there were offers of help, IIRC. But you didn't answer for so long that I took it as an insult and have withdrawn my support. Hurry up before those things tilt your house further westward. Eek

Well, certainly my lack of response shouldn't be taken as an insult...I was out of the country and internet access was pretty scarce and/or crazy expensive. I did hear that one very nice neighbor offerred to help - a class act, obviously. I'll have to go find the thread and see if you had offerred to assist. Somehow, unless it involved blowing the stuff out with your new toy, I doubt you made such an offer. Razz
